Moon Buggy Vehicle Specs: Our Moon Buggy is an unconventional concept. Built by S&N Fab. Where most drivers sit on the left side, our driver sits on the right side making it a one of a kind competition Moon Buggy. The full tube chassis is powered by a turbocharged 2.2 liter Chevy Ecotec engine from Turn Key Engine Supply which provides 290 hp and 260 ft/LB's of torque. The engine is light and reliable and produces the power needed for the 2,200 pind buggy to make those extreme climbs. The powertrain includes a Dedenbear Powerglide transmission built by Hughes performance with a manual valve body and chromoly main shaft. In 2007 we removed the Atlas II transfer case and installed an air driven 356 Lovell transfer case. The chassis sits on two Spidertrax 9-inch housings with Yukon Gear & Axle aluminum third members with a 6.43:1 ratio ring and pinion set, we have an ARB air locker in the rear and a Detroit locker in the front. All steering components were provided by PSC Performance Steering Components and utilize a double-ended ram for steering. At the end of each 9-inch is a set of 40-inch BFG Red Label Super Sticky Competition Tires on 17-inch Trail Ready inner and outer bead locks. The buggy's suspension is equipped with Rock Equipment Rock Shocks front and rear with 14-inchs of stroke. The over all dimensions of the Moon Buggy are as follows: 102-inch wheelbase with an overall vehicle length of 140-inches, 75-inches wide, 64-inches high and weighs 2,200 lbs.

Team Floorit Trailer: In 2007 our team decided we needed more space, so we purchased and converted a 48' Kentucky trailer into a race trailer. The trailer has 20' of luxury living quarters and 28' of garage. It also has 48' of prime advertising for those sponsors we hope to get soon. We like to think of our trailer as a traveling billboard with benefits. Those benefits include a lift system in the trailer to allow us to stack up to 4 competition buggys high since the inside is 11.5 feet high. View pictures of our trailer. If you wish to fill the side with your logo, contact us by emailing info@teamfloorit.com. You can also view more sponsor information here.
